Dedicated energy receptor projector

The dedicated energy receptor projector, or "DERP", was a component of the 4x-Phantom short-range sensor jammer utilized aboard the RZ-1 A-wing interceptor manufactured by Miradyne Limited. It worked by absorbing and blocking incoming long-range sensor pings and transmissions broadcast by enemy ships, rendering the starfighter invisible to most enemy scanners, targeting computers, and incoming missiles.
