Debin Karre

Debin Karre was a modest-seeming, middle-aged Human male who had wanted to join the Imperial Military as a young man, but a childhood accident left him with a decided limp. Despite this setback, Karre believed that the New Order was the best government for the galaxy, and joined the Empire as an Imperial morale officer.
