Dando
Dando was a corporal in the Imperial Army who oversaw a lighthouse beacon on the Empire's penal colony on Jellyfish Cove. He was presumably killed by Bara, a native Mikan who later used his uniform to walk in the daylight. Despite being referred to in passing as 'he' by Garve, a mercenary later hired to oversee the beacon, Dando's uniform and bodyglove fit Bara well when the shapeshifter took the form of a female humanoid.
