The Human Tarkin family consisted of several members from the world of Eriadu, notably Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin.

They were a powerful family of the Quintad, a group of five powerful families that ruled the planet Eriadu and originated on Corulag before emigrating to Eriadu around 900 BBY.

The Tarkins became related to the Motti family of Phelarion thanks to the marriage of Wilhuff Tarkin and Thalassa Motti.

Sander Delvardus was a member of the extended Tarkin family.
