Nutmeat

Nutmeat was a food paste made from crushed ettel nuts. It was commonly served as a separate course during meals. Nutmeat was sweet, nutritious and had a large amount of calories. Because of this latter property, it was occasionally part of a soldier's survival rations.

Behind the scenes

This appears to only have been an entry due to Raymond L. Velasco not realizing the existing real-world usage of the word. Its only mentioned in Han Solo and the Lost Legacy as a comparison to the flavor of a lumpy doughy food bought from a vendor on Dellat. The allusion to them being in soldier's survival rations may have been to imply that Han Solo was familiar with it from his recent time as a soldier.
