Cseria
Cseria was the title given to the leaders of Elom community groups analogous to the role of a village mayor. The communities, which lived in burrows known as sevriinas,[1] were also known as cseria.[2] The cseria met every year to resolve problems until the arrival of the Galactic Empire.[1]
