Council of Chieftains

The Council of Chieftains was a body comprised of the hereditary chieftains of the Eklaad tribes on the planet Sirpar. They met to settle disputes between the tribes and plan joint activities. The Council of Chieftains had not been convened since the Empire arrived on Sirpar and established a multitude of Imperial Army training facilities.
