Corodex Snare
The Corodex Snare was a type of snare gun used by Thalassian slavers.[2]
A favorite of slaver strike teams throughout the galaxy, the Corodex Snare was a passive restraint weapon capable of rendering a target completely immobile in a matter of seconds.[2] A tubular rifle, the device launched a cone of chemically treated high-tensile filaments.[2] On striking an object, these filaments coil themselves tightly around the intended target, while simultaneously beginning to expand and contract.[2] Within seconds, the wires fuse themselves into a hard cocoon like shell, effectively incapacitating the victim within.[2]
