Cooling vanes were starfighter engine components utilized on Incom Corporation's T-65 X-wing starfighter. The cooling vanes were located in each of the fighter's 4L4 fusial thrust engine. The microporous blades cooled and compressed gasses to dissipate the high heat generated by the engine.[1]
