Consul-General was an Imperial title held by officials in charge of consulates. Skalus held the title during the Galactic Civil War, in his capacity as head of the Imperial Consulate on the planet Asation in the Gree Enclave. Gilad Halsek was the Consul-General of Kothlis around 3 ABY.
