The Columbia was a MC80a Star Cruiser that participated in the rescue operation against the Imperial prison ship Dargon. She would send Assault transports to rescue the prisoners on board the Dargon before the Victory-class Star Destroyer Callisto could arrive to reinforce the Imperial defenders.
