Claret

Claret was an alcoholic beverage. Jabba the Hutt had multiple casks of off-world claret stored in the cellars beneath his palace on Tatooine. After his death, a group of his former employees smashed the casks open in a rush of relief and self-pity at no longer being under his employ.

Sullustan wine was a claret.
