Civil Intelligence
Civil Intelligence was a branch of the Alliance to Restore the Republic's Ministry of Education. Civil Intelligence focused on passive means of intelligence-gathering, such as monitoring media broadcasts and news. They also liaised with System Intelligence Branches to ensure that the Alliance Civil Government was always kept up to date with the latest intelligence. Civil Intelligence was also charged with monitoring the Civil Government itself, watching for signs of infiltration by the Galactic Empire.
