City Council

The City Council was the local government of D'larah, a city on the planet Demophon. It was headed by the City Governor, and was comprised of a further eight individuals; two appointees from Shankti Drive Works, two from Tumleh Navigation, two from the city's residential sector, and two from the commercial.
