Cholo
Cholo was a commentator on Gundark's Gear Datalog during the early years of the New Republic. Commenting on the entry for the Master Coder Chip, Cholo pointed out that the device was best used on planets with low computer sophistication, such as the Tion Hegemony, the Centrality, and the Outer Rim Territories.[1]
