Caelli-Merced Syndicate

The Caelli-Merced Syndicate was the manufacturer of the CR-43 Low-Ride Gossbey Racing Edition and the CR-43XA. Their organization was secretly illegal.

During the Battle of Restuss, they sold various weapons to both the Rebels and the Empire, with the Rebels being their preferred customers, believing the constant fighting, with little sign of it letting up, would mean a profit for them. However, one of the dealers, when attempting to make a weapons sales pitch, accidentally admitted this strategy to an undercover Imperial operative, who promptly shot him on sight after making a purchase for his treason against the Empire.

They may have had ties to Black Sun, as some of their products also belonged to the Crusader armor line by Black Sun.
