Amphibian/Legends

Amphibians were species that could live both on land and underwater, or had two stages of life, one that is completely water-based, the other land-based. Some amphibious creatures were born as gill-breathing tadpoles and evolved into air-breathing adults. Others had compound lungs allowing them to breathe underwater and on land.[1] The Shawda Ubb of the planet Manpha were amphibians,[2] as were the Nautolans of Glee Anselm,[3] the Aqualish of Ando, the Mon Calamari and Quarren of Dac,[4] the Gungans of Naboo[5] and the Ootoolans of Ootoola.[6]
