Taggart (smuggler)/Legends
Taggart was the name of a smuggler who specialized in moving Glitterstim spice throughout the Outer Rim Territories.
In 0 BBY, he arranged to meet with fellow smuggler, Han Solo, at a spaceport in Mos Eisley. He wanted to move some of his product through Han and avoid Imperial detection. Solo however, was forced to change his plans at the last minute when an aging Jedi named Obi-Wan Kenobi offered him 17,000 credits to transport him to Alderaan.
