Diagnostic droid
A diagnostic droid was a type of medical droid that assisted doctors in finding cures for the diseases which afflicted their patients. The Mah Dala Infirmary used these droids to watch over the patients in the infirmary. This type of droid was used galaxy-wide in most civilized hospitals.
