Stim tea

Stim tea was a steeped beverage and tea that had the effect of raising a person's alertness. It was favored by such bureaucrats as Daala, Hekis Durumm Perdo Kolokk Baldikarr Thun, and Coruscant traffic controllers. Han Solo commonly brewed stim-tea in the morning or for his fellow pilots before flying and running sims.
