Plot summary
A Kalkal professor, Melvosh Bloor, attempts to interview the notorious crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure. Salacious B. Crumb appears and pretends to help Bloor. Crumb tricks Bloor into saying that Jabba "lies like a Gran" along the way to Jabba's Palace. When the duo reach Jabba, Crumb explains that Bloor had said that the Hutt "lied like a Gran."
Jabba is tired of Crumb's idiotic jokes, and takes the interview Bloor set up. Once the professor asks how he can repay the crime lord, he tells Bloor to make him laugh. When Bloor tells the Hutt a joke he heard already, Jabba is not amused and feeds the Kalkal to the rancor.
