Gauntlet later renamed Corusca Fire was a Victory I-class Star Destroyer in the service of the Imperial Navy and the New Republic. It participated in the Battle of Ciutric under the command of General Garm Bel Iblis.

History

Second Battle of Ciutric

Having received a signal from Admiral Ackbar, the Corusca Fire performed the Thrawn Pincer, reverting into real space behind enemy lines, along with the Selonian Fire, another New Republic Victory I-class Star Destroyer. With their combined firepower, the two Star Destroyers managed to destroy Delak Krennel's flagship, the Reckoning, killing Krennel in the process.
