The MDF motivator was a model of motivator[1] meant to be installed in torture droids.[2] MerenData used them in the production of illegal droids for the House of Tagge,[1] and accidentally installed one into the EV-series supervisor droid, granting it sadistic tendencies and forcing the company to recall the line.
