Vuldo was a Kalarban who was once involved in illegal blaster building. He had forced Q-E, 2-E, and U-E to build the blasters for him. When the droids started to question his intentions, Vuldo shot U-E. He was eventually caught by C-3PO, R2-D2, and Nak Pitareeze.
