Garnoo was an ancient Neti Jedi Master. He is known only as the first master of Oss Wilum, who passed on before the young Oss completed his training.[1]

Tales of the Jedi Companion provides a background for Oss that does not mention Garnoo. Neither is mutually exclusive though.
