Torture Observed: An Interview with Jabba's Cook was a book by Professors Ra Yasht and Skarten of Beshka University resulting from an interview with Porcellus, Jabba the Hutt's cook. The professors were able to gain access to the cook with the assistance of Darian Gli, a member of Jabba's court, who was executed by Jabba following the book's publication. The success of their book compelled the Beshka University board to grant Ra Yasht and Skarten instant tenure.
