Supervisor was a title used in the Galactic Empire's bureaucracy to describe a project or operations leader. It was also used in civilian organizations to denote a worker with authority over others.
Such individuals included Supervisor Gurdun of Project Phlutdroid. Captain-Supervisor Grammel, the officer in command of the mining operations and the Imperial garrison on Mimban, held a rank which combined the title of Supervisor with the military rank of Captain.
