Kang and Lubrichs were a musical duo during the time of the Old Republic, who were executed and their music banned as part of the Galactic Empire's sweep to eradicate the galaxy of "questionable" artists. Their music chips were coveted by Kardue'sai'Malloc so highly, that his last request was to make sure that the bounty hunter Boba Fett forward them to a well-known collector.
