3D-4X was a silver-plated 3D-4X administrative droid.
Biography
3D-4X served Hekis Durumm Perdo Kolokk Baldikarr Thun on Mechis III. He acted as the butler for the manufacturing administrator on the volcanic planet. Sometime before 15 BBY, the escaped IG-88 prototype assassin droids arrived at Mechis III after having left behind the smoldering ruins of the Holowan Laboratories, and convinced 3D-4X to assassinate his own master.
As of 24 ABY, long after the Droid Revolution had failed, he could be found serving the most recent owner of the droid manufacturing facilities on Mechis III, the Alderaanian Tyko Thul.
