Nar Hekka was a Hutt colony on the outer edge of the Y'Toub system. It was a cold world with little indigenous plant and animal life. Despite the hostile environment, Hutts rectified this by erecting large hothouse domes around their cities and planting foreign vegetation within. The domes had artificial wind generators to circulate the air around the many botanical gardens.
Nar Hekka was the home and business headquarters of Tagta the Hutt, a subordinate to Jiliac.
