The Teeth of Tatooine was a rarely performed but much enjoyed type of execution for Jabba the Hutt.
A prisoner was tied up and left to face wind currents in Tatooine's Valley of the Winds. The area's sand tides would lift sand deposits and small stones, throwing them with such velocity that they would cut into the skin of a sentient. They were effectively slashed to death.
Dengar, the last man to ever be condemned in this fashion by Jabba, escaped, preventing what would have been a slow and painful demise.
