The Holy Children of Asrat were a group of orphaned children who were worshipped on Asrat. Secluded in their temple, they opposed the New Order, so they were targeted by the Galactic Empire for assassination. When the Empire ordered Dengar to eliminate them, he was enraged and left Imperial service to become a bounty hunter.
