The arrak snake was an avian reptile native to the planet Ithor. They fed on shamarok flitters.

The arrak snake had green eyes and brightly-colored feathered scales. They had small wings, which allowed them to live among the Bafforr trees in the canopies of Ithor's jungles. Arrak snakes communicated through a complex, musical hooting call.

A Clawdite named Nuri transformed into an arrak snake while fighting Boba Fett and tried to constrict him before being struck in the chin by his Vibroblade on a vulnerable area, and changing into a dinko and a Fefze beetle.[2]
