Feebee Desnand was a female Human and the wife of Io Desnand, who served as the Imperial Governor of Aida.
Biography
A plump woman who wore false eyelashes, Feebee had been promised a lizard-skin gown by her husband. He planned to make good on his promise by skinning Bossk alive, but Bossk escaped from prison before the skinning could take place.
