The '''To-Sharr Uuta Shipworks''' or '''To-Sharr''' for short, was a [[Hutt Space/Legends|Hutt Space]] based trader's guild, much like the [[Corellian Merchants' Guild/Legends|Corellian Merchants' Guild]]. It provided discounts and assistance to members with port facilities and astrogation.

In reality, however, the To-Sharr was a front for [[Black Sun/Legends|Black Sun]], co-founded by [[Sprax]] and [[Durga Besadii Tai|Durga]], two [[Vigo/Legends|vigos]] with interests in the region. It provided intelligence and money laundering services to the criminal cartel, as well as organizing and funding archaeological research and recovery on ancient starships from the [[Expansionist Era]] and the [[Great Sith War/Legends|Sith War]]. Sufficiently interesting vessels were sometimes stolen by To-Sharr shipjackers.
