The '''P'Dar'Ib''' were local councils that ruled individual [[o'beki]]s on [[Goroth Prime]]. During the [[Galactic Civil War/Legends|Galactic Civil War]] and the rule of the [[Galactic Empire/Legends|Empire]], they were required to follow the edicts of the local Imperial [[Prefect (Galactic Empire)|Regional Prefect]]. Pubically, however, the P'Dar'Ib was presented as the authority with the Prefect in an advisory role.
