Shortly before the [[Battle of Hoth/Legends|Battle of Hoth]], ''[[Planka]]'' attempted to retrieve [[CR92a Assassin-class corvette|''Assassin''-class corvettes]] ''[[Dagger 1]]'' and ''[[Dagger 2]]'', which had been ensnared by Rebel [[Mine Type B|type B]] [[Ion cannon/Legends|ion cannon]] [[Space mine|minefield]] [[M2]]. A pair of [[Missile Boat]]s destroyed the minefield and the fighters the cruiser launched. When the cruiser itself was about to be destroyed, it launched the two shuttles of ''Lacoda'' group to evacuate its officers.

The ''Lacoda'' group was also destroyed by the Missile Boats.
