When the incumbent caleisk [[Death/Legends|died]], the caleisk's children fought to the death, with the winner being declared the new caleisk. The caleisk then appointed three to six clans known as [[lurinn]] to preside over the Viska [[Repulsorlift/Legends|repulsorlift]] [[City/Legends|cities]].
