'''Bloodings''' were tribal battles which took place on the [[Planet/Legends|planet]] [[Byss (Outer Rim Territories)|Byss]] in the [[Outer Rim Territories/Legends|Outer Rim Territories]]. As [[Water/Legends|water]] was extremely scarce, different [[Abyssin/Legends|Abyssin]] tribes would fight to the [[Death/Legends|death]] over an oasis, which the victors were awarded territorial rights to. Bloodings could also be more personal, and Abyssin would use them to settle differences. Eventually, they were phased out when the less-belligerent [[Arcona/Legends|Arcona]] arrived on Byss and taught the tribes to collaborate.
